Your Refund Options

Refunds apply to package payments made directly to Luxor Eclipse Camp.

Cancel On or Before June 2, 2027

100% Refund

Receive a full refund of all package payments made directly to us, with no cancellation deduction.

No cancellation fee
From June 3 Until August 1, 2027

Only 40% of the Deposit Is Retained

We refund 60% of the deposit and all other package payments made directly to Luxor Eclipse Camp.

Only part of the deposit is deducted
After the Package Has Started

Used Services Are Non-Refundable

We will review unused services and try to recover any refundable supplier amounts where reasonably possible.

How to Cancel

Send Us a Written Cancellation Request

Email us from the address used for your reservation. Include the lead traveler’s name and booking reference.

Important Notes

Please Keep These Points in Mind

  • International flights, visas, insurance and independent bookings follow their providers’ cancellation terms.
  • Reservation transfers may be possible subject to hotel, cruise, airline and supplier approval.
  • Any unavoidable supplier fee for a name change will be explained before the transfer is completed.
  • Eclipse visibility depends on weather and atmospheric conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Refund processing time may depend on the original payment provider and banking system.
