Families are welcome to join our Luxor eclipse journeys. Our child pricing is simple, transparent and calculated according to the traveler’s age on the first day of the booked package.
The child rate is calculated automatically when you enter the number of travelers during reservation.
Travelers aged 18 and older pay the full adult package price and adult deposit.
Children aged 7–17 pay 50% of the adult package price and 50% of the adult deposit.
Children aged 0–6 travel free and require no deposit, subject to the confirmed family accommodation arrangement.
These simple conditions help us arrange the correct rooms, transportation and camp seating for your family.
Age is calculated on the first day of the booked package.
Every traveler under 18 must travel with a responsible parent, guardian or authorized adult.
Child rates are based on sharing the confirmed family room or cruise cabin arrangement.
Free children still count toward the package, transportation and 130-guest event capacity.
Names, dates of birth and passport information are requested after the deposit is paid.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children throughout the journey and eclipse event.
The free rate for ages 0–6 applies to the listed package services under the confirmed family sharing arrangement. A separate bed, separate cruise cabin, optional activities, visas, insurance, international flights or independently purchased services may create an additional cost.
Any required family-room or cabin supplement will always be explained before you confirm the reservation.
